Bespoke villas, a harmonious blend of contemporary design and local artistry, invites you to embrace the rhythm of the Ghanaian coast. Each detail, from the hand-woven textiles adorning the walls to the locally sourced furnishings, whispers tales of the land and its people. As the sun dips below the horizon, casting a warm glow upon the sandy shores, beckons you to unwind, to savor the quiet elegance of this hidden gem, and to discover the true essence of coastal living.

The Neighborhood

Kokrobite is a rhythmic tapestry where the salty Atlantic breeze carries the persistent hum of djembe drums, weaving through sun-drenched lanes lined with vibrant murals and leaning coconut palms. Here, the laid-back pulse of "rastafari" soul meets the raw energy of the shoreline, as colorful pirogues rest on golden sands beside open-air bars that glow with the amber light of a thousand sunset toasts. It is a place where time slows to a coastal crawl, inviting the weary to lose themselves in a bohemian mosaic of spicy grilled tilapia, kaleidoscopic wax prints, and the hypnotic, crashing symphony of the Gulf of Guinea.
